- The best part of my job as a Production Engineer is working closely with production with a technical and analytical focus. I enjoy solving problems, optimizing processes, and driving improvements that make work more efficient and stable. Collaborating with both production and design to ensure the whole system works smoothly is very rewarding.
In the defence industry, I get to apply my technical expertise in an environment with high demands for quality, safety, and traceability, while contributing to something that truly benefits society and where technology is at the forefront.
