To collaborate in product development

Initial contact - what does the need look like?

In the initial contact, it is important to find out what you need and the conditions for a good collaboration. This usually takes place through a meeting where you can tell us about the current situation and what you want to achieve. We also make a presentation of us as a company based on what is good for you to know. We might also do an initial BWi (Better World index - our own method based on the global goals for sustainable development).

If there is a need to write a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between us so that we can share confidential information, we do it already at this stage.

Collaborations for different needs

Based on the picture we got of your need, we draw up an assignment proposal with competence profiles and a suitable form of cooperation that we present to you. Your needs determine which solution we propose and of course we make sure that you get to meet our employees during the process.

Offer and agreement

If there is a match between us for a collaboration, we submit a quote in which we clearly describe:

  • what we should do
  • what we will deliver
  • what we need from you
  • timetable
  • economy
  • terms

Order and start of assignment

If the offer meets your expectations, you place a written order and that is the starting point for the assignment. We agree on a start date and book a meeting where the project plan is anchored, roles are clarified and we decide how follow-up and reporting will take place. And so the product development is underway!

After some time, our customer manager makes an initial follow-up with you. The aim is to ensure that the assignment gets off to a good start, that the collaboration works well and to be able to make adjustments if necessary.

Implementation and follow-up

We have a clear process for how we take care of the assignment and ensure quality and that you as a customer are satisfied. You receive ongoing follow-up during the implementation phase and also afterwards, and can feel safe with us as a product development partner.
