Test Fixtures for 5G server and storage solution

Together Tech was entrusted by a world-leading telecom company to develop all fixtures for a new 5G server and storage platform. The assignment was awarded in tough competition with several established fixture suppliers.

We took full responsibility for the test fixtures, from design to final delivery.

8 different test objects, varying in size, with complex movements and test sequences
Development of all mechanics, electronics, MK-CAD, and cabling
Manufacturing and assembly of 25 test fixtures

Modular Fixture Design

To meet the requirements, we worked in a structured way with modular fixture design. By reusing and further developing modules, we were able to:

Reduce the number of spare parts and increase production volumes, resulting in lower costs for the customer
