Since 2022, we measure our carbon footprint in order to reduce it further. We already use 100% renewable electricity at the head office, have electrified the majority of our vehicle fleet and encourage our employees to travel more sustainably. Our climate position shows our progress and future goals.
In the film, our Corporate Sustainability Manager tells us a little more, and if you want to read the entire report, you can find the link via the button.
On August 18, 2025, we received confirmation that our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets were approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) under the criteria for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This marks an important milestone in our sustainability journey.
Follow our progress on the SBTi Target Dashboard.
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) helps companies worldwide set climate targets in line with the Paris Agreement – limiting global warming to below 1.5°C. To achieve this, global emissions must be halved by 2030 and reach net-zero by 2050.
SBTi provides science-based methods and guidance to ensure that corporate climate action is both ambitious and achievable.
As a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), we follow a simplified validation process adapted for organizations with limited resources. Unlike larger companies, SMEs are not required to set a fixed reduction percentage for Scope 3 emissions, but must commit to measuring and reducing them. This approach ensures that businesses of all sizes can contribute meaningfully to a net-zero future.
By setting science-based targets, we ensure that our climate action is aligned with the latest research. Our purpose is not only to reduce our own footprint, but also to support our customers with sustainable and innovative technical solutions.
